Israel Is Pouring in, to Control Texan's and America's Water

Message from Martin Hill of, 5/27/13 12:06PM pacitic time:

Due to the inordinate amount of controversy this topic has received I would like to state some facts for the record to clarify our position. The short version is the following three points:

  • 1. We are practicing Roman Catholics, and therefore we only seek the truth and first and foremost, to to love all of our brothers and sisters; of all races, creeds, origins, and faiths in the spirit of Christian Charity.
  • 2. We don't love Hitler, he was a murdeous dictator. We are not 'Nazis.'
  • 3. Our work regarding Zionism as well as our article on the holocaust issue is not and has never been a race issue or one of prejudice or persecution; it's simply a search for historical facts.

Please see the entire message here: Response to HAARETZ and other Media Coverage on the Holocaust Issue

Who knew that Israelis controlled a large amount of water distribution systems in America and are gunning for more? Certainly not me. I'd never even heard of the Israeli involvement in water-desalination until I came across something by accident on the TX Legislature website. It was plans for the "Texas Israel Day", scheduled to be formalized in an official Resolution next week, on Wednesday May 8th. Two Republicans, State Senator John Carona and Rep. Stefani Carter have taken up the cause and will pronounce the "Texas-Israel Day" Resolutions.

A group called the "Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce" has posted an announcement on its website about the "Texas-Israel Day" event:

"On May 8th State Sen. John Carona and State Rep. Stefani Carter have each agreed to sponsor resolutions in the Texas House and Senate respectively that will proclaim May 8 to be Texas-Israel Day. Please plan to join us in Austin at the Capitol that day, as the Texas-Israel Chamber group will be recognized in each legislative chamber. A room is reserved at the Capitol convenient to both chambers where the meetings will be held with key legislators and hear speakers throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for us to highlight the many opportunities Texas and Israel have to work together. Our greatest opportunity right now is in Water Management. The state realizes that we have a big problem and Israel has invented the solution. Gov. Perry has decided to take $2 billion from the Rainy Day fund and spend it on upgrading water infrastructure in the state. The day will primarily focus on educating our legislators about Israeli water technology before this legislative session ends. CEO Clare Freeman is working with the Governor's office and the Water Management Board to plan the day for maximum impact."

Another page on their site, TEXAS-ISRAEL DAY AT THE CAPITOL MAY 8, notes:

"We plan to use this day as an opportunity to educate legislators and key stakeholders about the very close relationship between Texas and Israel. We will highlight Israeli water conservation and desalination technologies that can dramatically help the citizens of Texas solve the very serious water shortage problems we face in the immediate future. This day is a huge opportunity for Texas-Israel Chamber members to meet face to face with our legislators and educate them on the many ways Texas and Israel are so closely connected... I hope you will join us and contribute to our effort. The more people we have in Austin supporting Texas and Israel, the bigger an impression we can make on state lawmakers."

They seem to be mixing emotionalism and loyalty to Israel with business opportunism. Many people are raised to feel loyalty to the current state of Israel and they tie that to Scriptures they heard about the historical Israelites and the "chosen people" of the Old Testament. This has been successful to a large degree based on America's fervent support of Israel and scant opposition to all of the monstrous genocidal middle east wars. The tide is changing though, as the alternative media teaches the younger generations untold truths about these issues. Nevertheless, the establishment meanwhile takes advantage of favoritism towards Israel with business relationships and lobbying groups. The Israeli involvement in America's water systems is one arena which is not too well known by the general public.

The press release above states that the CEO mentioned in the article, Clare Freeman, "is working with the Governor's office and the Water Management Board to plan the day for maximum impact." It's interesting that Clare Freeman is "working with the Governor's office" because Clare thinks Perry is, as she posted on her twitter account, a "Snake Oil Salesman." Apparently it's okay to cozy up to snakes if the potential for a hefty profit is involved. There are some famous people in history who tried to make deal with the serpent too. When Clare posts about Rick Perry hosting Israeli President Shimon Peres at an event in Texas, she makes no mention of snakes and is a little more gracious to the governor. (By the way, I re-teeted all of these posts by Clare yesterday, just in case they disappear.)

We cannot allow Rick Perry to become the next president. Snake Oil Salesman. Cronyism to the max.

Today, May 3rd, Clare just happens to be having a gathering at the "Dallas Holocost Museum". It's actually spelled "Holocaust,", but on Clare's Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce webpage, they spelled HoloCOST. Interesting oversight, or perhaps a more revealing Freudian slip [See "There's No Business Like Shoah Business" for a rundown.]

"On May 3 the Chamber and the Dallas Holocost Museum will hold a special luncheon event featuring Ronny Edry from Israel."

It turns out that Israeli companies have invested a lot of time and money into water desalination. Israel has a serious drought problem, and they've developed new technology to address the problem. (as Clare referenced, "Israel has invented the solution.") However, Clare's characterization that "Gov. Perry has decided to take $2 billion from the Rainy Day fund and spend it on upgrading water infrastructure in the state" doesn't really hold water. Unfortunately for the Israeli lobbyists, Perry by himself doesn't have the authority "to take $2 billion" from one place and spend it on something else. This was illustrated by what happened in the TX Legislature last week.

Reuters reported on March 27 "Not all Texans believe the rainy-day fund is the place to go for funding water projects," explaining how fiscal conservatives opposed using the "rainy-day fund" for water projects. In addition, even if they did spend the money, opponents point out that the projects don't even guarantee to expand the water supply.

On March 29, AP reported Water fund bill dies in Texas House: "A plan to transfer $2 billion from the Rainy Day Fund to create a water infrastructure bank failed Monday ...Conservative Republicans welcomed the measure's failure... Tea party members called the bill's spending reckless and fiscally imprudent." There is a "proposed constitutional amendment that asks voters to raid the Rainy Day Fund" as opposed to letting lawmakers raid the fund on their own. Some contend that if the measure passes, it will "lead to closer scrutiny of water projects."

Back in January, Reuters reported on an Israeli company called IDE Technologies, which is building the largest desalination plant in the U.S. They will have a 30 year contract to run the plant near San Diego, providing 54 million gallons of water per day.

Ibtimes has an interesting and informative article on the matter, from July 2012: Water From The Sea: The Risks And Rewards Of Israel's Huge Bet On Desalination. The article notes that kids become "water policemen," spying on and dictating conservation rules to their parents: "Tenne says Israelis educate their children on water conservation so that they become what he calls an army of water policemen, reminding their parents to shut the tap every time they brush their teeth or shave."

That would be Mr. Abraham Tenne, Head of Desalination Division and Chairman of the Water Desalination Administration, The Governmental Authority for Water and Sewage, State of Israel. Tenne, pictured here, is an expert who apparently speaks at conferences internationally on the matter. He is the chief of the agency which "regulates the water sector nation-wide."

Tenne's official report The Israeli Water Sector: Closing the Gap", given as a presentation at a Paris conference in 2011, states "The overall goal of the Israeli Water Authority" (is to) "Assure that water will be sustainable, available, reliable, in the required quantities, locations and qualities."

IDE Technologies, the company working in San Diego, also built China's largest thermal Desalination Plant in Tianjin, China. They project is a success story they're proud of. Their website states that they have built over 400 desalination plants in 40 countries since 1965, adding "Both our thermal distillation and SWRO desalination technologies are recognized as the most advanced in the world. IDE is jointly owned by two of Israel's largest industrial enterprises: ICL Group (50%), one of the world's leading fertilizer and specialty chemicals companies, and the Delek Group (50%), a leading international energy, real estate and financial services group." In 2012, however, the company was reported to have had some financial woes.

CEO Clare Freeman says that "The state realizes that we have a big problem" regarding water and she wants to plan the Texas-Israel Day "for maximum impact." The public should be aware of this and should let their legislators, their public servants, know what they think about foreign Israeli corporations potentially running and controlling Texas water. The "cronyism to the max" which Freeman accused Perry of has no place in the water pipelines of Texas.

George Washington said it best in his Farewell Address, when he warned to "steer clear of permanent alliance with any portion of the foreign world." In that same speech, Washington added "even our commercial policy should hold an equal and impartial hand; neither seeking nor granting exclusive favors or preferences."

Another source of concern may be all the historical as well as modern accounts of Jews and Israelis purposely poisoning water sources as a means of terrorism and coercion. Numerous NWO's (Non-Governmental Organizations) have also reported on the purposeful contamination of water sources. See the following, along with excerpts at the very bottom of this page:

Politicians of both parties, from national lawmakers to local mayors, are endlessly mesermized by Israel (Hi Rand!) and constantly parrot the canard that they are our special friend and closest ally. However, the bottom line is that given Israel's history of espionage and false flag terrorism, they are not a trustworthy long-term partner in any undertaking. Texas doesn't need a "Texas-Israel Day", (Though Texans will get it, starting next Wednesday.) Texans do not need water desalinated and controlled by foreign Israeli corporations. Here's a novel concept: Why can't American industry provide desalination services to Americans?

Fordham University, The Jesuit University of New York, explains in their article Jewish History Sourcebook: The Black Death and the Jews 1348-1349 CE :
"In 1348 there appeared in Europe a devastating plague which is reported to have killed off ultimately twenty-five million people. By the fall of that year the rumor was current that these deaths were due to an international conspiracy of Jewry to poison Christendom. It was reported that the leaders in the Jewish metropolis of Toledo had initiated the plot and that one of the chief conspirators was a Rabbi Peyret who had his headquarters in Chambry, Savoy, whence he dispatched his poisoners to France, Switzerland, and Italy."

"...The confession of Agimet is found in the Appendix to Johann S. Schilter's 1698 edition of the Middle High German chronicle of the Strasbourg historian, Jacob von Knigshofen (1346-1420). The second selection is taken from the body of Knigshofen's history. This account merits credence, not only because K6nigshofen was an archivist and lived close to the events of which he writes, but also because he incorporated considerable material from his Strasbourg predecessor, the historian F. Closener, who was probably an eyewitness of the tragedy."'s article The Black Death states, in part:

"Poisoned wells: AD 1348-1349

As Europe's citizens succumb in vast numbers to the plague, a rumour spreads that the cause lies in polluted water. The wells, it is said, have been deliberately poisoned by the Jews. The first massacres of Jews occur in France in the spring and summer of 1348. The situation rapidly becomes worse after a Jewish doctor, tortured on the rack at Chillon in Switzerland, says that he has poisoned wells with powder sent to him for the purpose by a rabbi in Spain."

The Guardian 2006 article Running on empty stated, in part,

"...where water is treated as a precious resource, it is increasingly appropriated by the powerful. Israel explains its refusal to let Palestinians sink new boreholes in the West Bank by saying water there is already being overused. But the reality is that Israeli settlers in their hilltop compounds have swimming pools and sprinklers on their lawns, while down below, their Palestinian neighbours go thirsty. Oxfam's Geoff Graves took me to Madama, a Palestinian village near Nablus, where neighbouring Israeli settlers poisoned the village's only well and shot at aid workers who came to clean it. Most villagers now buy water from passing tankers, but not all can afford it. Ahmed Qot, a poor farmer, told me he spends three hours every day carrying pots on his donkey to get water from a nearby village for his nine children and five farm animals."

Numerous NWO's (Non-Governmental Organizations) have also reported purposeful contamination of water sources: AT-TUWANI: Cistern contaminated in Humra Valley from 2007 reported:

"An international non-government organization (NGO) determined on 26 December 2007, that settlers or settler supporters contaminated a cistern owned by a Palestinian family in the village of At-Tuwani. On 9 December, a group of Israelis, apparently visitors to the nearby settlement of Maon, or settlement outpost Hill 833 walked through At-Tuwani. CPTers observed the group stop next to a cistern in Humra Valley, open the lid, and raise the bucket. Such activity raised suspicions in the village because of previous incidents when area residents have found their cisterns poisoned with dead chickens or dirty diapers. The same day, the family took a sample of the water from the cistern and gave it to an international NGO for testing. Results from a university lab showed the water had a pH of 2.4 (potable water has a pH of approximately 7) and a high number of solubles. The NGO determined the water was "contaminated" and not healthy for humans or animals. The family has emptied the cistern completely, and resurfaced the interior with concrete. They have been without use of the cistern for over a month, since the day they suspect it was contaminated, 9 December 2007.

Jewish settlers poison water well in Al-Khalil 4/27/2013

"AL-KHALIL, (PIC) Jewish settlers poured poisonous material in a Palestinian water well south of Al-Khalil on Friday night. Ratib Al-Jabour, the coordinator for the committee against settlement and the wall in southern Al-Khalil, said in a press release on Saturday that the water well is owned by Shehade Makhamre in Mighair Al-Abeed to the south of Al-Khalil city. He charged that the herds of settlers do such things to force citizens to desert their land and property."

Jewish settlers poison Palestinian water supplySettlers poison Palestinian well

"A Palestinian village in the northern West Bank has appealed for pressure to be put on Israel to end the recurrent poisoning of their only source of water supply by Jewish settlers. Last week, heavily armed settlers from the settlement of Yitzhar, near Nablus, vandalised and sabotaged the water supply on which the nearby village of Madama depends. The latest poisoning is the seventh of its kind during the past three years, according to village officials. An Israeli army spokesman said the military is looking into the matter. Yitzhar was established more than 20 years ago on confiscated land belonging to the people of Madama and is inhabited by Talmudic settlers seeking to expel non-Jews from Palestine and Israel. Jewish settlements built on occupied Palestinian lands are deemed illegal under international law. 'Organised terror' According to Madama's local council head Ayid Kamal, Yetzhar has always been "a source of provocation, vandalism and organised terror". "They come in broad daylight and throw filthy materials like diapers and poisonous substances inside the spring's source, and when we complain to the Israeli authorities, they tell us the army cannot do anything about it."
