(b) Every person who, with the intent that the crime be committed, solicits another to commit or join in the commission of murder shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three, six, or nine years.

OK GUYS- I know this sounds ridiculous but it is 100% true. Yesterday I wrote an article which appeared on the front page of prisonplanet.com, entitled 'How to properly file an official FCC complaint against Michael Reagan for death threats against Mark Dice'. Today, our group INLAND EMPIRE 911 TRUTH had a meeting and decided that we will stage a protest against Michael Reagan on Monday June 16th. In my research tonight, I found a number for him, called it, and by freak chance accidently got his direct personal line. He answered, and we spoke about the issue. Full story HERE.
On Tuesday, 6/17/08 during the 5AM hour, Clearchannel's KFI AM 640 L.A. morning host Bill Handel read and responded to my letter regarding their abysmal coverage of Michael Reagan's death threats against Mark Dice. [PrisonPlanet.com forum] In researching for this event I actually came across what turned out to be Michael Reagan's home phone number. I had no idea if it was actually his valid number when I called it, and was surprised when he answered. It could have been an office number, it could have been the wrong number, or an old number. The number was listed on a public website for the whole world to see. So I called, he answered his phone, and we talked for 4 minutes and 15 seconds. A number of FCC complaints have already been filed, the die has been cast.
If you go on Reagan's show tomorrow, you will legitimize him, and possibly jade the judgment of the FCC, who must decide if they will act against Reagan.
We couldn't do anything about Geraldo's conflation of 9/11 Truthers with terrorists, because FOX News is primarily a cable broadcast, it doesn't go out over public airwaves, and the FCC normally doesn't do anything about cable broadcasts.
Reagan is different. Let him be hoisted by his own petard, his big mouth.
Don't set a precedent by giving Reagan a way out. If rabid radio jocks are going to suggest that people get shot, they must answer to the FCC.
Don't bother going on his show.

I noticed that Michael Reagan claimed definitively that talk show hosts Randy Rhodes and Mike Malloy have called for George Bush's murder.
I highly doubt that's true; matter of fact I think it's an outright lie, and that they should sue him for slander. Randi Rhodes and Mike Malloy Slandered by Reagan?
